The percentage of Resins, Chemicals, Additives and Adhesive that go into the manufacture of Vineratex varies from as little as 0.1% to 20% and more. To ensure such small quality, such as 0.1% to blend thoroughly with all the other ingredients; it is important that the product is manufactured by the machinery and not by hand.

Moreover as the product is ready mixed, there is no need for any dilution or any additions at the time of application thereby guaranteeing uniform quality of the product throughout. This also ensures that it will not be possible to adulterate the product on site either by mistake or any design.

Synthetic plaster like VINERATEX are basically proprietary in nature and there is no known specification either is ISI, ASTM, BSS or DIN.

In the past few years some VINERATEX look alike products have been in the market but, they have failed on various grounds because not able to supply consistent quality as it is not ready mixed, not able to maintain colour consistency, hence colour patches appear, not able to supply large quantities on time and not able to execute application job on time and also failure of the applied coating due to peeling, because the product was not prepared under controlled conditions of the FACTORY where proper supervision ensures consistent quality.
